BOOKING DETAILS
20% deposit (not refundable) at the point of booking.

The balance of 80% to be paid no later than six weeks before the commencement of the period booked unless otherwise agreed. If payment is not made accordingly, the reservation is subject to cancellation at any time. The person placing the booking is asked to consider insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation.Gas and electricity are included in the houses except from November to March inclusive when they will be charged according to the meter readings.
