BOOKING DETAILS 20% deposit (not refundable) at the point of booking.
The balance of 80% to be paid no later than six weeks before the commencement of the period booked unless otherwise agreed. If payment is not made accordingly, the reservation is subject to cancellation at any time. The person placing the booking is asked to consider insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation. (Gas and electricity in the house are excluded from October until March and will be charged according to the meter readings. The apartment electricity is included all year round.)
Bookings are only accepted if confirmed by letter or e-mail.
